Hi, I’m Claire

I’m a qualified Naturopathic Health Coach supporting women to increase their energy levels. Modern life pushes women to override their limits. Over time, that depletion shows up as fatigue, brain fog and a body that no longer feels resilient.

I know this personally. I live with Lupus, an autoimmune condition, meaning I have experienced these symptoms first-hand, especially the relentless fatigue.

Learning how to support my body changed everything. Today, I use both lived experience and professional training to help other women rebuild their energy, strengthen their foundations, and feel more in control of their health.
