I’m a qualified Naturopathic Health Coach supporting people with Lupus who want to manage their symptoms and live a healthy vibrant life despite their diagnosis.

I have lived experience of Lupus and manage my disease activity by implementing a diet of healthy whole foods, exercise and lifestyle practices.

My three month programme is specifically designed to empower individuals with Lupus. Together we will transform your health and enhance your overall wellbeing by providing personalised supportive coaching. Through a combination of nutritional, fitness and lifestyle advice you will be able to navigate your condition more effectively.

  • Six 1:1 coaching sessions over 12 weeks
